INFORMATION ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We hereby inform you that, according to the European General Data Protection Regulation GDPR UE 2016/679, the data you have provided will be collected in a secured and protected database and processed only by the owner of data processing the HTI holding company Leitner SPA, Leitner SRL, Prinoth SPA, Prinoth SRL, Demaclenko SPA, Demaclenko Trentino SRL, Demaclenko SRL, Peoplemover Service SRL, LEITECH s.r.o, Troyer SPA, Garage Europa Holzer SRL; Leitner France SAS, Prinoth France SAS. Your data will be processed for the following purposes: verification, storage and transmission of your data within the abovementioned companies in the context of your application for open positions or positions advertised in the future and in any case within five years after your registration. The statutory basis is premised on your consent, which you can choose to give, or not. The transmitted data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the abovementioned companies. The transmission of the data and consent to its use is not mandatory, but a refusal may preclude the application procedure or the elaboration of a possible contractual relation. We remind you that, if you give your consent, your data will be stored for 5 years and within this period, you might be contacted for eventual new open positions. Further, we inform you that, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, you can request to access, update, delete/avoidance and transfer your personal data at any time before the expiry of the 5 years. In order to exercise one of those rights, please send your request to one of the following E-mail addresses, preferably to the address of the company you have applied to. We would also like to remind you that you have the right to appeal against the use of your data at the national authority for data protection.
