The actual compensation is determined by your qualifications and professional experience. LEITWIND de­signs, builds and in­stalls wind tur­bines in the Me­ga­watt-­class (250-­3,000 kW) with pat­en­ted Di­rect Drive syn­chro­nous gen­er­a­tors and per­ma­nent mag­nets, which are par­ti­cu­lar­ly ef­fi­cient due to their sim­pli­ci­ty and re­lia­bi­li­ty.
