LEITECHYour responsibilities will include calendar management, preparing and recording meeting minutes and coordinating travel arrangements.
You will also support the organization of company events, manage email correspondence, and draft and review written communications.
In addition, you will be responsible for document management, reporting support, expense and budget tracking, invoice processing, and the preparation of expense reports.
You have an economic or technical background and ideally have already gained experience in a similar role.
You have a good command of English and distinguish yourself through flexibility, reliability, and a high level of discretion.
